Default BNP's Nick Griffin declared bankrupt

Made me chuckle...please may he lose in May, pleeeeease

British National Party (BNP) leader Nick Griffin MEP has been declared bankrupt.
A bankruptcy order was made at Welshpool County Court on Thursday.
Mr Griffin tweeted: "Being bankrupt does NOT prevent me being or standing as an MEP. It does free me from financial worries."
He added: "I am now turning the experience to the benefit of hard-up constituents by producing a booklet on dealing with debt."

The jumped up little shit thinks it makes him anything like the working class!

No, Nicky, you and your ilk will never be like the average worker, you're just parasites trying to brainwash the country into thinking you're a good alternative to the other parasites.

A member of the working class. I don't see how Griffin is anything like a member of the working class.

The BNP draws much of its support and membership from the misguided white working class. Same with the various 21st century incarnations of the KKK, Neo-Nazi groups like Golden Dawn, and the Republican Party.

Isn't all of this to do with the Marmite fiasco?

While I always take a certain pleasure from seeing overt racists suffer, the real issue we have in Britain today isn't the overt racists but those who pretend they aren't racist but advocate racist policies and generate a culture of xenophobia such as UKIP. Thanks to UKIP the entire way of reporting on immigration has altered dramatically to accept the stereotypes of foreign immigrants and a racist hatred of anyone vaguely Muslim or Eastern European.

Yeah, this doesn't really make much sense considering the working class is not some sort of homogeneous mass that is a mean 'average' or united in the same ambitions and goals. I would actually disagree slightly with tachosomoza in this regard also. Whereas traditionally the BNP support was based around white & lower income workers in the North-West and North-East of the country (see the old campaign literature about the "neglected and oppressed white working class" and so on), a fair deal of its support was arising amongst the south-coast of England and 'middle class' professionals for quite a time before the crash in its fortunes and a switch of allegiance over to UKIP.

The BNP won't see a return to its high point in 2009, they'll get destroyed at the European elections. The question will be if UKIP sees another rise in support.

from what i know from one of my friends who was actually involved in UKIP until recently i believe they might actually be in a bit of trouble soon since apparently they're managing to alienate their younger supporters over some issues.

Thank goodness. We can't afford to allow one Fascist group to come to power in any country, otherwise we will end up seeing a domino effect. The BNP seems like a joke though, Golden Dawn and Hungary's Far-Right is what should be looked at.

Eastern Europe in general should be looked at. It's actually hazardous to one's health to be darker than a sheet or anything else the nationalists and fascists don't like there. Russia especially, Lenin is probably spinning under his glass case. It's a wonder the fascists haven't stormed the tomb and cremated it yet.

Marmite sued the BNP for putting their logo in one of their political broadcasts. They were playing on the whole love us/hate us thing.
