It's interesting that Dr. King is considered an American hero (justifiably), and yet all of our leaders manage to leave out his rather pointed critiques of capitalism and its effects on the common man.
Case in point is that, whenever they mention his famous 'I Have A Dream' speech, they mention how it took place at the "March on Washington". They always leave out the full title: "The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom"
They also often leave out his work in the Poor People's Campaign when discussing his assassination, even though it was his primary activity at the time of his death!
