The not-guilty verdict acquitting George Zimmerman should come as no surprise to anyone who understands how this white supremacist empire works. All over the country, massive street protests have exploded with rage and sorrow. Sadly, in Seattle, the old left capital C Communist and socialist groups have seen this as yet another chance to sell more papers and build their cults of personality and have tried to co-op the rage people feel about this to grow their parties.
The anger people are feeling about this isn't just about Trayvon Martin, 13 year old Darius Simpson, and any of the other young people of color routinely murdered by this racist society, but that this racist empire still exists to murder and enslave.
Tell your friends and loved ones, bring your banners, noise makers, and "bags of mischief", and come ready to make this system feel the pain and rage of all those who have lost their lives on it's altar of blood!
At 9pm on monday the 15th, and every night thereafter until we make this system fear our collective rage, meet at SCCC (Seattle central community college) for night time marches!
