Revolutionary Russia certainly did not support Great Russian nationalism.
What does that have to do with national liberation wars?

Start workers councils without distinction of nationality.
And if the conditions are not favourable? Should Palestinian workers just wait until they are? But national oppression also holds back proletarian consciousness.

Nothing, really, but people have accused Leninists of supporting "nationalism".

For instance, I believe that there is an oppressed black nation contained within the United States, kept in a strange limbo where it is only partially included into capital (and since capitalism can no longer be progressive, it cannot fully integrate the black-american nation). That said, I do not support the concept of black separatism.
What the hell is this supposed to mean? Just because African-Americans in the USA are marginally povertised and discriminated against because of the history of discrimination against them, doesn't mean there's a 'nation of black-americans' (sovereign state? 'Nation of the oppressed'?) that somehow exists in the abstract beneath society.

    This sounds like metaphysical nonsense.
'despite being a comedy, there's a lot of truth to this, black people always talking shit behind white peoples back. Blacks don't give a shit about white, why do whites give them so much "nice" attention?'

Black people in America share a common language and culture, but they do not seem to inhabit a contiguous territory nor do they seem to have a common economic life. I don't see, then, how they could be considered a nation.

Mind you, history shows us that new nations can be created any time - nations, after all, are artificial constructs.

But the processes by which they are created are not arbitrary; I can't simply proclaim the area around me the Grand Duchy of Dubrava and expect a new nation to form.
