Most of this was made by a user Arizona Bay. Don't bother him with this, since he's not that active (much less interested) in the community. Even in those threads three years ago he says he is done with them.
Coincidentally the Kanye shades this takes inspiration from was itself bringing back a fad from the 80s.
I looked through the entire thread and I didn't see a Stalin. I thought I saw a Stalin one ages ago too. I don't have any photo editing programs on my computer either.
