    there are even feminists who think all sex is rape.
    Has anybody who says this actually read Intercourse - the Andrea Dworkin book that is often said to say this? Because, actually, it doesn't say that.
    The life we have conferred upon these objects confronts us as something hostile and alien.

    MIM people do say that, so whether Andrea Dworkin says it or not, there are some feminists who do. More to the point, even if no feminists advocated argued that all sex is rape, there are plenty of them who don't think promiscuity is liberating. In the case of Andrea Dworkin, precisely, she even worked with conservative women in order to pass anti-prostitution and anti-porn legislation, so hardly someone who thought promiscuity amounts to liberation.

    I understand that I haven't provided conclusive evidence however that would involve the effort of finding articles on the net and I can't be bothered.

    If there is no in-equality in sexualization and consensual sex why is the feminist movement for women to be more promiscuous seen as "liberating" but the male reaction of the corrupting "Lad culture" is obviously chauvinistic and disgusting. That implies that female sexuality is by definition more "prudent" than male sexuality.

    Lad magazines and culture exist in a society of blatant exploitative capitalism where young men are constantly bombarded with images where women are represented as sexual objects such as a seductive woman in a TV ad for cars, or showing breast cleavage on a poster campaign to sell underwear. They all commodify women's sexuality to market products.

    I think that in a hippy commune the idea of "free love" might work to an extent, or might not work, however in a capitalist society where profit exists I don't see anything mercenary in prudence.

    Encouraging casual sex culturally doesn't seem to me to be the best way to combat objectification of women within a capitalist society that exploits promiscuity and casual sex in the sexualization of advertising.
    Objectification and commodificatiom of women has almost always been there, indeed once women were regarded as basically commodity. The point is though I don't think capitalism advocates sexual promiscuity, there is always a fairly strong flipside to that of moralizing conservatism and slutshaming. What it does is it tries it profit from it, as with all things.

    I would suggest reading into evolutionary psychology, David M. Buss for example. Both males and females pursue short term mating strategies and long term mating strategies.

    Males look for fertility in short term mating, females for genetics.

    I'm not implying evolutionary psychology is the one and only truth. You'll have to decide yourself!

    It's a paraphrase. Here are some exact quotes;

    "Heterosexual intercourse is the pure, formalized expression of contempt for women's bodies."

    "Romance is rape embellished with meaningful looks."

    "Under patriarchy, no woman is safe to live her life, or to love, or to mother children. Under patriarchy, every woman is a victim, past, present, and future. Under patriarchy, every woman's daughter is a victim, past, present, and future. Under patriarchy, every woman's son is her potential betrayer and also the inevitable rapist or exploiter of another woman,"

    "One can know everything and still be unable to accept the fact that sex and murder are fused in the male consciousness, so that the one without the imminent possibly of the other is unthinkable and impossible."

    Oh, I almost forgot this little gem;

    'Violence is the penis.'

    I could do this all day. However; I trust the point is made.
