    An egg sandwich. With bacon.

I'm also hoping judo will help to get me in shape. Have been to my first couple of sessions in about 4 years and I'd forgotten how ridiculously strenuous it is. I'm aching all over.

I had toast with chocolate spread for breakfast.

Think I'm going to make a shepherd's pie type thing for tea. I need warm, comforting food because today is fucking miserable weather-wise. Might make some pea soup in a bit or just be lazy and buy some soup from the shop. It's annoying though because most shop-bought soup seems to have milk in it.

Only that, and not the ballot, will set woman free, will make her a force hitherto unknown in the world, a force for real love, for peace, for harmony; a force of divine fire, of life-giving; a creator of free men and women."

Pasta with a spicy tomato sauce (onions, a crushed scotch bonnet pepper, plum tomatoes in juice and a load of dried oregano) and strips of supermarket value pork luncheon meat.

The last thing I ate was dinner last night, which was stir fried vegetables with tofu. However, I'm going to Subway for lunch.

Just ate peanut butter stew type thing. Chickpeas, sweet potato, butternut squash and spinach in a sauce made from tomatoes and peanut butter with a few spices. Peanut butter is so fucking delicious.
