The tattoo on his lower right arm is the Skrewdriver logo. Besides, the t-shirt (though Tim is right that it's odd to wear BRD colours as a German nazi) and the whole wanna-be 'autonomen' look (black, tattoos, sunglasses) are a give-away. I'd say nazi.

It's the 'S' in Old English style in a sort of 'Coat of Arms' (shield) logo on his right lower arm.
It might just be a volkswagen t-shirt of some kind. My mate dragged me along to a volkswagen car show and I was seeing iron crosses everywhere...
