    I think I've figured this out. Cowboys invaded Native American land - America. Now the African christian leaders are united in a conspiracy to invade America as well and add it to their Evil Empire of Doom. :O

    The second to last doesn't look like a cowboy hat.

    Idk maybe it's stylish and it keeps the sun out of their eyes. Should this really be in politics?

    Maybe an American influence of some sort?
    Like, they see missionaries and such with those hats (which incidentally does keep the sun out from your eyes, like many hats) and adopt it.
