How are people feeling about Hollande possibly beating Sarkosy for the presidency in France.

Not a socialist, not even a social-democrat... fucking typical that hollande seems more concerned with competing with sarkozy to woe the front national voters than those of the left front... don't know if that's because he rather panders to the fash vote than the left or he takes left support in the second round for granted.. also not really sure what I think would be worse... absolutely happy to see sarkozy go, but also absolutly no illusions about the replacement.

I know I'm not teaching anyone anything new, but this is just the nature of the beast, especially in a multi-party system rather than a two-party system liberal democracy. Should we pretend that the last 92 years have not happened? Lenin was reacting to events in his time. We are not Lenin and the events are not the same.
The socialist party didn't even exist when Lenin died. lol He's right in saying that the socialist party isn't revolutionary (obviously).
Hollande is a false friend of the workers who will do nothing of value compared to the negative effects of the illusions he gives to workers. Hollande or Sarkozy are useless what matters is developing the workers' own independent power.

Eh? I think you need to read up a little about the history of this party which arguably goes back to 1879.
