I voted medical professional. I am currently a CNA working in long term care and let me tell you no where are things more politically heated in the U.S. than in Nursing.

Aiming for a double major in English (Creative Writing) and Journalism (News Writing). So my two majors will probably end up contradicting one another, and I'm gonna leave the institution a couple years from now with no new knowledge.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
`My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away".

I'm an undergrad student (Philosophy, Politics and Economics), but I also work (part time) in a store, volunteer at a charity and work at night in a pizza place. In the charity and pizza place, I mostly sit around reading or using the internet. Since discovering marxism, I'm finding it much harder to convince myself to attend work

I'm attempting to get into grad school but keep getting rejected everywhere. Have two more to hear from, gawd help meh.

My situation's kind of funky. I finished my undergrad work in December but delayed walking at a graduation ceremony til May so my family could be there. Meanwhile I've been doing some volunteer work (after failed attempts to get a retail job...even Target rejected me [and I lied on my resume and said I only have a GED!]). I have an internship with the government (gasp, I know), and am taking a TEFL course.

If I get rejected everywhere for grad school, TEFL sending me abroad is my back-up plan.

And that was entirely too long a rant sorry.

"All immediatists [. . .] want to get rid of society and put in its place a particular group of workers. This group they choose from the confines of one of the various prisons which constitute the bourgeois society of 'free men' i.e. the factory, the trade, the territorial or legal patch. Their entire miserable effort consists in telling the non-free, the non-citizens, the non-individuals [. . .] to envy and imitate their oppressors: be independent! free! be citizens! people! In a word: be bourgeois!" -Amadeo Bordiga, "Fundamentals of Revolutionary Communism"

McDonald's here, I don't know what category that fits under.
We claim to live and die equal, the way we were born: we want this real equality or death; that’s what we need.
And we’ll have this real equality, at whatever price. Unhappy will be those who stand between it and us! Unhappy will be those who resist a wish so firmly expressed.
The French Revolution was nothing but a precursor of another revolution, one that will be bigger, more solemn, and which will be the last.
