Is it just me or does the person being tried by a military court have to be tied in some way to the military. If this is so then does that mean that the terrorists are being recognised as soldiers or is it purely to hide from the public what is really happening?

Please correct me if I wrong, im just presuming that you have to be involved in the military in some way for them to try you.

Surely if they seen as soldiers they just get sent to a POW camp right and the government can't legally do anything to them. Well that is if my understanding of international law is correct.

Sorry Moskitto,but the pieces of their jigsaw are falling into place.Of course these courts were probably not legal a few weeks ago,but have you noticed the small tweaks to civil rights laws in the US and UK recently.The Bush/Blair New World Order looms large..........................
