Juche? Communism-Nationalism? Really?

If a successful proletarian revolution took place in the United States and all government and military power was handed over to you (or your Party), what would you do? In your new nation, there are still large counterrevolutionary forces committing terrorist acts against the state and people. The economy has come to a complete halt due to the sudden and violent end of the capitalist market. Who would have power in your nation? What leftist philosophy will it follow? What would you name it (including other small details)? What would you do with the economy? How would you provide for the people? What will your foreign policy be? etc....
Personally, I would name the people's new nation the American People's Democratic Republic. All central power would only be given to the members of the American People's Communist Party. The Party and the Government would follow antirevisionist Marxism-Leninism. The President of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the People's Republic would be the supreme legislature; the Chairman of the Council of the People's Commissars would be given executive powers; the Chief Justice of the People's Supreme Court would be given full representative powers for the National Socialist Legal Council, a council of ten judges appointed by the Premier and approved by the Supreme Soviet of the People's Republic; and the Chairman of the Politboro of the American People's Communist Party would have power over the supreme Party within the limits of democratic centralism. There will be collective leadership and every government official will be voted on through either direct democracy or representive democracy, depending on the post. The flag would be the same as the former flag of the Soviet Union. The anthem would be the Internationale.
First, I would committ the government to rebuilding areas across the nation badly affected by the revolution. I would immediately nationalize health care, the oil industry, the capital of large companies, and housing. I would then set up a Commissariat of Socialist Transition that will transfer all the remaining private capital into the hands of the state, which will in turn be used as public property. The new constitution will provide the rights for all to life necessities, employment, and liberty. Many traditional freedoms that do not hurt the people or the dictatorship of the proletariat will be kept. Counterrevolutionaries will be attacked into submission using revolutionary terror that will in no way purposely hurt any honest citizens. Terror will be continued against those who committ terrorist acts against the people, the state, and the people's economy. Abortion and gay marriage will be legalized immediately. Equal rights for everyone and every organization (not anticommunist organizations) will be provided (though I have some reservations toward rights for religious groups). My foreign policy, considering the United States is so developed as it is, would be to help existing socialist nations develop and to aid revolutionary movements in every nation on the planet. We will never attack any nation unless we are attacked first, then we'll crush them and let the people create a socialist state. We will create a nice atmosphere for worldwide revolution to occur, considering the U.S. has been historically known for being one of the biggest imperialist roadblocks to socialist freedom. American labor will be controlled by worker's councils that will be mointored by government supervisors. We will work to make every person a member of the working class by requiring productivity in some way or another from every person.

Juche? Communism-Nationalism? Really?
Life is beautiful. Let the future generations cleanse it of all evil, oppression and violence, and enjoy it to the full.-Leon Trotsky
A revolution without dancing is not worth having.-Emma Goldman
The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall. -Che Guevara
The wise thing to do is simply to skip the bosh and twaddle and vulgarity and untruth, and get the benefit out of the rest. -Teddy Roosevelt
I answered a few questions:
Smash it!
What state?
If it's truly a "proletarian revolution", shouldn't this be obvious?
Different experiments would be tried in different regions depending on material conditions. Some regions might adopt a federal system whereby various communities are united by a demarchically selected central council. Other regions might favor other models of economic and administrative organization.
Again, different experiments would be tried in different regions depending on the material conditions of that region. I'd imagine that most regions would initially adopt a collectivized economic system with a system of remuneration for labor and a communal market. Eventually, this would be replaced with a system of pure (marketless, moneyless) communism.
"All immediatists [. . .] want to get rid of society and put in its place a particular group of workers. This group they choose from the confines of one of the various prisons which constitute the bourgeois society of 'free men' i.e. the factory, the trade, the territorial or legal patch. Their entire miserable effort consists in telling the non-free, the non-citizens, the non-individuals [. . .] to envy and imitate their oppressors: be independent! free! be citizens! people! In a word: be bourgeois!" -Amadeo Bordiga, "Fundamentals of Revolutionary Communism"
No Trots and one Juche? Surprised.
EDIT: Oh, just noticed all the left communists.
"It is not history which uses men as a means of achieving - as if it were an individual person - its own ends. History is nothing but the activity of men in pursuit of their ends."
- Karl Marx
I'd kill anyone who took part in the revolution that I rose to power with. They cannot be trusted!
"Win, lose or draw...long as you squabble and you get down, that's gangsta."
Marxist Leninist, where are you? My vote's all lonely.
If I have to figure out who will hold power after a worker's revolution, I probably did it wrong.
Well, the revolutionary struggle in Vietnam was nationalistic and communist. Plus, Trotskyists always fantasize about having their own little weird revolution,so I just added them to the already strange choices.
So like

Kim Jung Il and Kim Il Sung need to stop coming back to life just to vote for their ideology. Juche isnt even a post revolutionary system, I just added it in there for the hell of it.
Your a post revolutionary system! That's where this is going.
Why would I be given supreme executive power? I live in a different continent.
How do these two sentences even go together?
"If a successful proletarian revolution took place in the United States and all government and military power was handed over to you (or your Party), what would you do? In your new nation, there are still large counterrevolutionary forces committing terrorist acts against the state and people..."
So now we define a 'successful proletarian revolution' as one that gives state power to a party, in one country, where a large counter-revolutionary force is operating? Man, no wonder 'the left' has such a bad image. "Hey, like our philosophy! It involves you getting killed for our dictatorship, then in the early stages of the World Civil War you've launched for us, we'll tell you that you've won! Yipee!"
Anyway, supreme executive power rests on a mandate from the masses, not some farcical aquatic ceremony.

Voted Juche just because.
I would rename America:
Socialist Ultra Free People's Republic of Joy, Happiness, Solidarity, the United Socialist States of the New World (or SUFPRJHSUSSNW for short). I would base my system of government on strange women lying in ponds distributing swords, and the person receiving the sword would be declared the Eternal President of Joy, Happiness, and Solidarty.
The national anthem would be "Socialism Rocks" by some obscure Maoist band:
(only version with subtitles -- full version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKDL-Ucw6mY )

I'm undecided on the national flag though.
Voted Juche for the lulz.

"I want to say sweet, silly things." - V.I Lenin
Hello my friend, I am one of the hugriest persons for any form of statism in USA, because i have some dental problems, thyroid problems. And i can't afford to get a good dental treatment and good health service under the NEOLIBERAL ECONOMIC MODEL of Democrats and Republicans. Neoliberalism is a hell on earth. I conform to any Marxism-Leninism, Trotskism, Socialism of the 21st Century, etc.
Damn man its real hard to be healthy in the Neoliberal American Capitalist Oligarchic Privatized economic model. In fact The US congress under The Republican Party has been so ultra-right winger and extremist, that they cancelled The Free Health Care Medicare program to my father. This Neoliberal Capitalist privatist economic model in USA is a pain in the ass. In this stage of capitalism even putting air into your tire in any gas station costs money.
Even highways charge you like 5 dollars just to use them. what a hell of inflation, dollar devaluation, taxes, bills etc. life in America is right now for most americans.
And let's all obsess compulsively about a Socialist Workers government in USA. A dictatorship of the USA working class and peasants. Thanks !!
.
Voted Marxism Leninism because of obvious reasons, and because it was even with Left-Unknown-Communism.
Thread moved to chit-chat... c'mon...
Put capitalism in a bag of rice.
if there was a revolutionary situation in the united states, obscure leftist sects would be irrelevant.
