A little boy is running down a street in Homs. Being a child he has no idea what is going on.
So he probably got loose from his family or something like that and they were unable to get him out of fear.
So as he is running down that street a sniper is trying to hit him. He misses and a man rescues the child.
It's not really all that clear what's going on is it though? I think we should be sceptical of youtube clips like this, and how easy they are to manipulate. It's actually why regimes like the Syrian one are often just harming themselves by restricting media access to their country, it creates a vacuum of information which can be easily filled by the opposition in the form of short youtube clips, blogs etc. which themselves don't present a clear picture of what is happening and can be used as mere tools of propoganda
I doubt that a poor Syrian neighborhood is trying to propagate things. It is clear that the kid was targeted.
