well the only band that comes to mind would be Sacralis a all female death metal band.

got their only album back in the days but havnt listen to it in ages since im not that much into death metal. i have more insights on black metal bands with female shouters though, if you are interested in that.

I can think of a lot of bands with female vocals, but almost none are death metal (plenty in screamo, hardcore, power metal, etc.)
