U.S. Internet Censorship
Anyone heard of these new bills the government is trying to slip in under our noses?
They're Internet Blacklist Bills (PROTECT IP Act in the Senate and the Stop Online Piracy Act in the House).
If passed, they will allow internet censorship by the government, under the facade of "trying to stop online pirating". Obviously, this is just a bullshit excuse to get their foot in the door.
Once they do, any site allowing free speech will be blocked. This site and any other forums, facebook/twitter/social networking, youtube and similar sites, torrents, etc etc.
