Do apologists for capitalism ever acknowledge that poverty is heavily correlated with lack of education, and access to education is itself influenced heavily by income, wealth, and educational status of the parents (and other family, and friends, and the broader local community, etc.)?
In my experience, this is the part of the argument where apologist reactionaries start pounding their chest about "personal responsibility" and how poor people supposedly lack it.
