Look up the movie "anti-fascist attitude" on youtube and you will hopefully understand a bit better the climate in which leftists in Russia are forced to organise and come to see the absolute necessity of militant anti-fascism there.

Hey! None of that name calling!

Yes - workers do need to defend themselves in a revolutionary situation. Note the defend in my sentence. There's a difference between maning the barricaides to defend your community in a time of insurrection, and getting ten of your mates to don balaclavas and ambush a fash on his way home from the local pub.

That being said, any life taken should sadden us, even if they are fascists. Think - they're outraged at the same conditions we are, they're just lead astray by a sickening ideology and horrific scapegoat-ing.

Call it reformism or liberalism, call it peace or call it reason - whatever. Just know that if we bully fascists, nazis - anyone - we're just giving in to the thing we fight. You may think you're being so militant, but you're just being a bully, like them.
