Officer Derek Colling, has only been active as a LVMP officer for 5 years. Hes killed 2 people, 1 of them was a 15 year old boy.
Now hes beat a man senseless for recording him.
All on tape.

Doesn't surprise me LVMP has the habit of excessive force for extremely dubious reasons especially around areas like the Strip because it "disrupts business" but I guess throwing people on the ground and body slamming them to the pavement attracts business?
LVMP has with its massive explosion in population has seemed to take a lot out of the LAPD playbook of cracking down on crime by cracking skulls. Lets ignore the fact that it never has worked.
How much we want to bet that he's screaming "stop resisting" just to make it seem like the guy is resisting while he actually isn't?

My Uncle who was a deputy sherriff said it was standard procedure to scream, "Stop Resisting!" while pummeling people for no reason. That he was proud of it was just as disturbing.
