Ok, I really didn't know if this is the right place to put this, but last year my science teacher was very obviously right wing. One day she did a whole thing brainwashing everybody to show us global warming is a hoax. She often talked about her disagreement with making new whatever they're called light bulbs the only light bulbs, saying things like: "cause government thinks we're to stupid to look after ourselves" and when someone said "I want to move to Europe" she said: "Oh don't move there they have socialized medicare"

I clearly can't imagine a science teacher claiming global warming is false.
I also hate those terrible low-strenght lightbulbs the EU scum has made mandatory now (they even entirely banned 60W bulbs) Fuck them. Her argument against that isn't very good on the other hand, it's not like people individually decide what light-bulbs are made in the first place.
My eighth grade 'science' teacher was a creationist who would start lessons on evolution with something like, "Welp, the gubment makes me teach you this, but if you don't believe it that's OK. Personally, I believe in the Bible." And this was a public school...
I must be really lucky because even in Libertarian Las Vegas I never had a far right teacher. I had a Green Party teacher who once gave us a mini lecture on why choosing the lesser evils in elections is stupid and a, uh, out there teacher who encouraged me to read Dead Kennedys lyrics for some assignment, but never a right wing teacher.
I have a Professor who is about as Pro-capitalist as I have ever seen on a campus...well other than some Economics Professors. He teaches English though so it really isn't a big deal.
I had a radical Environmental Science teacher. We shared booklists, websites, documentaries, and had many discussions on current events and Leftist politics. She made me a radical Environmentalist, and I made her a Communist. Good times.
I live in a right-wing state, but all my high-school science teachers (biology, chemistry, astronomy, etc.) seemed pretty left-leaning on their stances. They all believed in global warming, so thank god I didn't have "the government is creating hoaxes!" type of teacher leading us in the ways of SCIENCE.

In 8th grade I had a left leaning science teacher and he had anti-war stickers on his car and in the class room. I was surprised he wasn't kicked out because my city is pretty right wing/christian fundamentalist and teachers usually get kicked out for stuff like that. He could of been a socialist or something like that, but i never asked him.

I think I've said this here before, but the only right-wing teacher I've had was an economics professor in my freshman year of college.
