What the fuck. These kinds of regressive, and fascistic actions need to be fought against with the utmost militancy.

Thankfully such nonsense doesn't have a leg to stand on, even in one of the worlds most reactionary legislators. But that does denote quite a worrying shift in the extent to which American politicians will fall to the right and the immensely overbearing methods they are willing to support in the enforcement of such political speech if given the chance.
Taken in terms of realpolitik, it will never move beyond the realm of rhetoric. Though the reality that 'mainstream' politicians are starting to slip into the realm of fascism is still most troublesome indeed. This sort of vile rhetoric crosses some serious lines, even for a conservative politician.
