seems EXIT (an organization devoted to prying these kids back out) found the most awesome way to boomerang that tactic:

Trojan T-Shirt of the Day: An ostensibly pro-nationalist T-shirt handed out to attendees at an NPD-sponsored right-wing music festival in Gera, Germany, was actually a “Trojan Tee” designed to reveal an anti-Nazi message when washed.
“What your T-shirt can do, so can you – we’ll help you break with right-wing extremism,” reads the post-wash tee, crafted by the left-wing group Exit Deutschland — an organization that “helps people get out of the neo-Nazi scene.”
“With these T-shirts, we aimed to make ourselves known among right-wingers,” Exit founder Bernd Wagner told AFP, “especially among young ones who are not yet fully committed to the extreme right.”

Well people who are not hardcore fascist don't really need much help breaking with fascism, as they don't have that many fascist friends. It depends on how you interpret it, I guess.

best thing is the NPD themselves handed them out, EXIT created an fake nazi-distro, contacted the npd and gave them the 250 shirt for for free, big chance that lots of the NPD cadre kept one for themselves.
makes the NPD look even stupider and no danger for the exit people getting recognized at the spot and assaulted.

in a sense, since blood&honour the main recruiting ground of neo-nazi groups always been the white-power music scene but even before that, even in the days of hitlers SA its initial attraction was uniforms, friendship, drinking, singing and aggro before politics and there are more than a few similarities between ian stuart and horst wessel

Fascist and right winger group attract a lot of young kid without friends and easy to impress.

One of the method they use is to give away fascist litterature, t-shirt and Music cd.

attacking those mean of propagation sound like a good move.

one established effective tactic has been the sabotaging of their concerts which next to being the nazi's main recruiting ground is also their biggest cash cow, so if you manage to cancel the concert you cut them of from both.
and if it happens on the last moment, which is mostly the case, they loose the money they spend on their downpayment for the venue, coaches, bands etc etc
the key to this always has been good intelligence work, in general the venue owner is not aware of the content of the booking it being done under an false story so an phone call is often enough to get the gig cancelled.
but sometimes its necessary to blockade the gig physically like during this recent danish action or the famous battle of waterloo station in london

sadly in the US, belgium and Italy often these concerts are in personally owned or nazi friendly venues which makes this a lot harder to counter.

in the case of merch if printed/pressed by mainstream businesses naming and shaming often does the trick but nazi-friendly or nazi-owned printers and warehouses are also known to spontaneously burn down with an certain regularity.

one of the most important things is to prevent them to become mainstream (acceptable), to keep them in their niche and tarnished, the explosion of nazi-violence in england in the 80's and germany in the 90's coincided with mainstream involvement in the nazi movement, their decline with them being kicked back in the closet, sadly the internet made publicizing, organization etc way easier, it is no chance that stormfront was among the very first bulletinboards on the internet.
