If there are any Anarcho-Primitivists here, could you please explain your reasoning to me?

Just read Daniel Quinn's Ismael, a book that explains primitivism from the perspective of a talking gorilla, (which is incidentally what most primitivists are in real life).

I think that primitivism was more of a 90's/early 2000's thing. At least that's the period that I've always associated it with.

It's highly likely that the last 5 anarchists you 'saw'- recongised as anarchists- were primivitists/lifestylists (atleast assumptively) since not all anarchists dress in a certain stereotypical way.
in "beyond civilization" he expands on his ideas a bit, he is basically critical of civilization as an organizational model and believes the "tribe" is how humans should organize, and has some green ideas but is not for returning to being gatherer-hunters or w/e.
