We all know that even though China dislkies the fact that their allies Pakistan are putting themselves in yankee hands they are not against Pakistans decision because they have always been interested in opposing Islamic extremism. Now, the US government are looking for compliance from China (one of their former enemies). Isnt that nice, they are so anti-leftist all the time and when one of ther precious right-wing projects blows up in their faces they go crawling to one of their former enemys for help. I support our Chinese comrades if they decide to join the alliance, not because of them complying with the US but because they would be working for the elimination of the Taliban fascists.

I'm very interested in China's perspective on this whole affair. I've only seen the initial condolences. Does anyone have any more info on the Chinese government view?

china's gov't is nothing but a bunch of poser communists, they threw their gates open to the free market economy the moment mao died, the fact that western companies like nike have sweatshops there that the gov't doesn't crack down on makes them a whore to capitalism.

I'm in agreement with filimarxist; China doesn't seem very communist anymore, it seems more totalitarianist nowadays.

With the Olympics coming up there, and the want for foreign business and investment to come China's way, they seem like true communists.
