personally i am not anti-war, cuz war in many times is the last resort... i'm not pacifist... however i am against uncalled-for-war.. unnecessary war.. like whats probly gonna happen now to afghanistan.. if thats the case, then tell me how can i contribute...
btw i live in bahrain so i assume we're far apart... let me know anyway...

    put me down markxs

however, if we do this, i don't think we should say anything specificaly about "capitalism" as that would turn many away so that they don't even listen. we have to say what is wrong without letting anyone label us, you know?

in any case, i'm sure we can work that stuff out later, but yeah i'm definitely interested.

heya, gooddoctor here (i've forgotten my password and hotmail's down so i can't receive it - fuck). tomorrow i'm going to an anti-war rally in glasgow. there should be some kind of event near you. as the imperialist forces gather, so too must the moral people unite to prevent something that noone can predict the outcome of. one thing i can say for certain, no good will come of this.

Article on the peace demonstration on September the 11th.

The demo started around 2 PM. There were some interesting speeches about how we should deal with international terrorism. First of all the USA leaders who murdered 1.5 million innocent civilians in Iraq. Almost nobody in the western world cared about them. I am able to understand without judging it that the WTC building got bombed by an organization that is treating people like the US. We can find a number of commons between the Taliban and the US government. The Taliban treats no Moslems as not worthy people, so does the US with all Muslims. We could say that they both blame outsiders for their problems. Like Hitler did with the Jews. It's a very easy way of dealing with your problems, blaming everything on somebody else.

Who has the right to kill people more some media Nation, or a terrorized nation like Afghanistan? None of them has the right to kill other factors for their problems. The US is giving all the attention in the media to the WTC bombing to get peoples emotional feelings behind a war. Then after people get bored they will really get to war. We must not let the media do that, we must select the real-important articles and have the none/selective caring people, have the shocking facts under their noses.

Afghanistan Taliban is calling for the same emotional feeling as the US, only they use the holy war as an excuse to get rich and powerful over the backs from their servants.

I think the people (leaders servants) should stop blaming the other nations people in the same situation. Don't bomb the WTC or the capitol of Afghanistan. Let your leaders know that you don't like the war, which is fought, out of your name. If I would kill an afghan child would that help the situation somewhere? I don't think so it will only release the emotional feelings for war! I could better inform my fellow people about disobeying the rules who are made by power wanting people.

The damage the USA and Western world is inflicting on the world is denied, and we only care if it happens in our backyard. I never heard anybody about the 36000 + children who died of hunger in the same day of 11th September.

This selective solidarity (as the Professor of the Erasmus university called it). Is the feeling we should get ride of. I think we can do this by informing people about the facts that are not selected by the media. We can do this informing by spreading articles.

i was listening to the radio and they were talking to different people about what they thought about going to war. many (probably the majority) said that they were against the war, but if there country called on them, they would gladly go. if that isn't nationalism, i don't know what is...that's scary
