هل فلسطين بمأمن من أخطار "فيس بوك" ؟

بيت لحم-تقرير معا-بعد ان كانت المجتمعات صناديق مغلقة, اتاحت نوافذ التعبير الالكتروني الجديدة مثل المنتديات، والمدونات،وتويتر، والفيسبوك على وجه الخصوص للجيل الحالي إطلالة على الحراك الاجتماعي خارج حدود الزمان والمكان عبر النافذة التي منحها لهم الإنترنت وبسرعات عالية .

فرغم تخصصه في مجالات الابحاث العلمية المتخصصة في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، الا انه قرر تقنيين استخدام نجليه للانترنت والحاسوب"، هذا القرار اتخذه د.خالد ربايعه المحاضر في الجامعة الاميركية بعد ان بدأ يلحظ ظهور مؤشرات الانعزالية وعدم القدرة على التعبير والتركيز لدى اثنين من اولاده اللذين يبلغان من العمر 18 عاما و17 عاما، الامر الذي دفعه لاتخاذ قرار بمنعهما من استخدام الانترنت الى ساعة اسبوعيا.

لكن وزير الاتصالات الدكتور مشهور ابو دقة يرى في حديث لغرفة تحرير معا ان الانترنت بانه اداة جيدة بشكل عام والـ Facebook‏, بشكل خاص شبكة مفيدة جدا على صعيد التواصل بين الاقارب والعائلات بشرط استخدامه بطريقة مفيدة .

ويرى ربايعه في حديث خاص لـمراسل (معا)، في رام الله ان الفيس بوك يعد من تطبيقات الجيل الثاني للانترنت الذي ادى الى شخصنة الاستخدام بمعنى انه اصبح كل انسان بمقدوره انشاء موقع خاص به ونشر ما يراه مناسبا من المعلومات على موقعه "، موضحا ان استخدام تطبيقات هذا الجيل من التطبيقات الالكترونية له بعدا اجتماعيا خاصة في اوساط فئة الشباب في الدول النامية دون ان يكون هناك توجيه معرفي لهذا الاستخدام ما ادى الى اتساع هائل في نشر كميات كبيرة من المعلومات على حساب النوعية.

واضاف " هذا الاستخدام وما يتيحه" الفيس بوك" من امكانية التفاعل مع المواقع والاشخاص ادى الى بروز ظاهرة الاستغلال السيء للمواقع الالكترونية"، موضحا ان احد ابرز المشاكل تمثلت في عدم القدرة على توفير سبل الحماية من جانب، اضافة الى ما وصفه بـ "قتل الوقت"ن وتدني امكانية تحقيق الفائدة والحصول على المعرفة للمستخدم سيما ان استخدامات مواقع "الفيس بوك " في الدول العربية على سبيل المثال تنحسر في نشر صور شخصية او مقاطع فيديو او نكت ....الخ ، دون تقديم معلومات ذات قيمة معرفية للمستخدمين، اضافة الى استخدام هذه التطبيقات من اجل التحريض الداخلي والخارجي.

واشار الى ان عدد المستخدمين لمواقع الفيس البوك في فلسطين يصل الى قرابة نصف مليون شخص اغلبهم من الشباب في حين ان المدونات تستخدم من قبل النخب الاكاديمية والتكنولوجية او الاشخاص الجديين.

ودفعت اهتمام الشباب بمواقع "الفيس بوك" في الحالة الفلسطينية كبار المسؤولين في السلطة الوطنية وقادة الاحزاب والفصائل الى انشاء مواقع خاصة بهم على الفيس بوك في اطار محاولاتهم التواصل ونشر مواقفهم السياسية على هذه المواقع ، لكن في المقابل يرى المختصون امثال الدكتور ربايعة ، ان الشباب على وجه الخصوص في العالم كله يعانون من التدفق الهائل للمعلومات او كما يحب ان يسميه " فيضان المعلومات " الامر الذي يكون له اثره على نفسية وطريقة تفكير المستخدم.

ونقل عن خبير اجنبي وصف هذا التدفق الهائل من المعلومات واثره على المستخدمين وصفه لذلك بالقول " ان الامر يشبه الى حد كبير من يحاول ان يشرب من خرطوم مياه سيارة الاطفاء".

ورغم هذه الموقف التفسيري الذي جنح اليه ربايعة فيما يخص استخدامات الانترنت والمواقع الالكترونية بما فيها الفيس البوك، الا ان هناك من يؤيد بشدة استخدام الفيس بوك والمواقع الالكترونية لما لها من اثار على تطوير اليات التفاعل والتواصل بين الناس حيث يرى وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات

وبالعودة الى وزير الاتصالات , فقد حث المدارس ووسائل الاعلام والاهالي ان يوعوا ابنائهم لجهة الاستخدام السليم لهذه الشبكات .

وقال": هذه الشبكات مثل النار من يسيء استخدامها تضره لكننا في نفس الوقت بحاجة للنار".

كما ان الوزير ابو دقة ضد فرض او حجب مثل هذه الشبكات , وقال": اننا مجتمع منفتح وديمقراطي ومع الحريات وضد الحجب خاصة وان الانترنت اداة جيدة " .

ويرى الوزير ان نشر المعلومات الشخصية والصور الخاصة للشخص على الفيسبوك بامكانه ان يضعها ضمن نظام private".

وسؤل ابو دقة عن تعرض مسؤولين فلسطينيين للقرصنة والاساءة لهم على الفيسبوك وهل تقدموا بشكاوى ضد احد ؟ قال وزير الاتصالات لم يحصل عندنا لكن هناك اشخاص يهاجمون الرئيس عباس مثلا ومسؤولين اخرين ولكن هؤلاء الاشخاص غير معروفين لدينا لا سيما واننا لا نسيطر على المعابر الدولية واسرائيل تتحكم بكل شيء.

لكن بالمجمل كما يقول ابو دقة ان مسالة الرقابة على الانترنت تعتبر معركة خاسرة, وان الشخصيات العامة وانا منهم من الطبيعي ان تهاجم ويساء اليها وعلينا ان لا نلتفت لذلك ولا يستطيع ايا كان ايقاف اي شخص يريد نشر ما يريد".

كما دعا ابو دقة الى عدم نشر معلومات قد تسيء للمستخدم نفسه خاصة واننا نقع تحت الاحتلال الذي يراقب كل شيء وايضا يخترق كل شيء بما فيها المواقع.

وضرب الوزير مثلا كيف ان مخابرات اسرائيل رفضت ادخال رجل اجنبي للاراضي الفلسطينية مناصر لحماس بسبب ما ينشره على الفيسبوك وقالت له صراحة "نظف الفيسبوك الخاص بك اولا".

ورغم حالة الجدل التي تنشأ حول تاييد او معارضة استخدامات الفيس بوك واثاره الاجتماعية والنفسية والاقتصادية والثقافية، الا ان ربايعة يشعر بارتياح شديد جراء قراره بخصوص اولاده وتقنين استخدامه للانترنت بالقول " انا سعيد واشعر بارتياح لان قدرة اولادي على التعبير والتفاعل الاجتماعي عادت اليهما ".
