I thought the 4th international was formed by Trotsky. But then again I thought it was mostly found in South-East Asia.

I understand the international movement that encompasses all of the Trotskyist groups (in Germany and Britain known as Wrokers Power), has become the 5th International.
Why have they done this and what is the difference (methodlogically and ideologically) between the various 4th internationals and the 5th International?

Free Comrade Ceausescu
I am a Communist first, and a Person Second. Me
There are now many 4th internationals. So many splits have occured.
But this is new development as the 5th International claim to be Trotskyist and have formed a new international.
As I understood the only difference is in the number. The Fourth Internationale fell because of organization problems, not ideological causes. So most of Trotzkyst organizations say we need to build again the Fourth Internationale and this organization say we need to buld a new one, the Fifth Internationale, with the same ideology. The difference is in the name, not in the ideollogy.

The more crappy International's we have the better, revolutions have historically occured after the collapse, disbandment or the degradation of an International, (2nd int - 1917, 3rd int- post WW2 Eastern Europe, 1949 China). More disfunctional and crumbling International's means more revolutions!!
NB. Everything said above was in Jest, I don't care about international's

Revolutionaries don't spend all day on a messageboard. Action is realisation of the polemic.

We can then expect the fifth international...Faction A, B, C, D, E, AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, BA and finally BB.
"It was, of course, a lie what you read about my religious convictions, a lie which is being systematically repeated. I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it." - Albert Einstein
Comrade RAF, what about faction ZZ???

Trotsky faction ZZ.Headed by Billy Gibbons.

Long live the 75th International
Man's dearest possession is life, and since it is given to him to live but once.He must so live that dying he can say, all my life and all my strength have been given to the greatest cause in the world, the liberation of mankind
Ostrovski
Muriel Spark:
If I had my life to live over again I should form the habit of nightly composing myself to thoughts of death. I would practice, as it were, the remembrance of death. There is no other practice which so intensifies life. Death, when it approaches, ought not to take one by surprise. It should be part of the full expectancy of life. Without an ever-present sense of death life is insipid. You might as well live on the whites of eggs.
