By preparing your minds and hearts through conditioning; namely through repeated viewings of mutilated bodies. http://www.rotten.com/ is a good resource. This conditioning will create fear in corporate Amerika.

that's ridiculous versus, why don't you condition yourself against the horrors perpetrated against the working class while you are at it?

the second we don't have sorrow for our fellow man's death (no matter how we disagreed with them) we are no longer human.

Why don't you think about what "versus" is advocating? My construction of his intent is that since there is an impending revolution coming--- which will come whether or not we are prepared---we need to get ready.

As Thomas Paine (when he was in America) said on the advent of the American Revolution:

I once felt all that kind of anger, which a man ought to feel, against the mean principles that are held by the tories [the American tories who were loyalist during the American Revolution]: A noted one, who kept a tavern at Amboy, was standing at his door, with as pretty a child in his hand, about eight or nine years old, as I ever saw, and after speaking his mind as freely as he thought prudent, finished with this unfatherly expression, "Well! Give me peace in my day." Not a man lives on the continent but fully believes that a separation must some time or other finally take place, and a generous parent should have said, "If there must be trouble let it be in my day, that my child may have peace;" and this single reflection well applied, is sufficient to awaken every man to duty.

Taken from the essay The American Crisis. by Thomas Paine

desensitizing, as nickademus said, is exactly what i find to be one of the biggest problems. the revolutionaries become so used to using violence and killing to solve problems during the revolution, that after the revolution they don't know how to stop. that is the only way they can think of to solve problems because that is what they have done thus far and it has worked (or so they think). once you get into the pattern of violence, stopping will not be so easy.
