Hey I was just wondering if I could gather some help and information for an essay that I have in Modern History. (As well as some sources that I could research)

The extended question states: Identify and discuss the key developments within 'Germany' between 1945-1990. Outline the extend to which characters,ideas and events shaped the development of the cold war. Evaluate the belief that Germany was the key to Ideological differences (resulting in cohesion and / or division) In Europe during the cold war years.

However the original question states: Identify and discuss the key issue, ideas and events of the cold war.

This is the OpenLibrary page for Jurgen Weber's "Germany, 1945-1990". According to reviews, the book is accessible and should be easily read by anyone with little to no knowledge of Germany history. It's supposed to be comprehensive as well.

You can also ask a reference librarian at your school's library for assistance, as they may have one that specializes in history.
