Interesting concept. I might just give it a go and learn something from it.

Hello, all.
I'm member of an online, virtual nation. I'm also a proud citizen of that nation's socialist party (there's also a communist party in the nation). We aim to practice our politics in a virtual environment.
We simulate many aspects of a real nation: not just politics. There's diplomacy, an economy, lots more. It's very interesting.
We could do with having many more socialists and left-wingers in our nation, and I cannot speak officially, but I'm sure that if anyone was interested, you'd be welcomed with citizenship. Many people only join because of their politics, but are drawn into the role-playing and general greatness.
Come along to the Free Republic.
