In order to pay back those rich capitalists that got Bush elected, he passed this huge tax cut to please his "constituents". Who the hell benefited the most from the tax cut? A single mother who got 200 dollars, or the oil millionaire who recieved 5 million dollars. Yep, now he is realizing that it was not that easy, so time to dip into money from social programs and services in order to balance back the budget. Sucks but true.
