Capitalism = corprate owners and managers thriving on buying and selling goods produced by the labor of the working class while the working class is bound to produce while receving only a small precentage of the profit to live on. The capitalist uses unemployment as a tool to keep workers working and wage low.
Under Capitalism, the higher unemployment rate = lower wages for there are more available workers, the lower unemployment rate = fewer jobs and lower wages workers are willing to take.
