Direct action is key- don't just sit at your computer and rant at leftists you disagree with slightly- get out there and DO IT. Organize. Change your life, and change the lives of those around you. The reason the waterheads are still in power is because we aren't being loud enough.

it is ok for people to eat meat. i have seen the way animals are treated at slaughter houses and wonder myself why i eat meat. i mean, theyre treated horrible, thats why i like to buy my meat from kosher or hallal [muslim kosher] meat shops. but i still get alot of meat from foster farms/tyson and large companys. [although i shouldnt]

humans can eat meat and have done so for centurys, heck even che liked his steaks.

its just that humans at no point in time have ever eaten as much meat as they do know, at least in america. people may have eaten fish everyday-- those who lived near water, not poultry and livestock. animals were used for milk, to plow feilds and create fertlizer, and for eggs. thats why you see many people in 3world countrys today with live stock that they dont eat. its because the animal is much more valuable to them than just a meal. those people eat meat, but on specail holidays and infrequent occasions. thats how it is for most of the 6billion people in the world. my grandmother grew up on a farm in texas and said she at meat only 2 or 3 times a week, and in small ammounts. vegetables were the main course and meat was a little nice extra.

americans eat to much meat, and im one of them. being a vegiterian or vegan is probaly much better for you in most occasion, but hell; with all the genetic monipualtion that takes place, you never know.

i am not an animal rights activist, but animals should be trated humanely. animals have to many rights, you most consider that the average dog in the u.s. has a better life than average person in the world, but i am still for treating them respectfully.

i dont like the earth front people. i believe that genetic monuplation is not completely evil and that it can do some good, like in africa. the bennifet of having extra nutriuos corn or rice will help people in poor countrys. its easy for someone who eats everyday to say that genetic manipualtion is bad, but if you had to grow your own rice and potatos to eat, you would want plants that are more resistent to insects + weeds, and that may have more nutrious value. you would want to plant something that gave more yeild per acre. also, with genetic monipulation, it has the bennifet to use less pesticides and herbicieds, possibly even less fertilizers.

not to say that all genitic companys are great, heavens no.
the monsantos company is playing roueltte and may cause more famine and hunger with there practices. by making farmers use there corn that is more resistent to insects, grows more per acre and uses less pesticides. BUT, the corn is sterile. so you have corn that is sterile in a field being planted in millions of acres, and that has the posibilty to make other varietys and strains of corn sterile. all for there profits. thats what i worry about. i am concerned about possible health problems from what they do to the corn, or whatever else, but that pales in comparrison to the possibilty of massive contamination of other strains. already in the hills of southern mexico you have contamination of ancient maze stains. so that a dangerous problem that enviormentalist should worry about, more than the health affects. although those must be studied vigourusly and taken into account also.

all this typng has made me want some meat!
    <<because i f**kin said so>>
