The time will come when an independent faction (like Greenpeace, ELF, Hamas, the PLO, etc.) with a nuclear bomb at its disposal will be able to have a seat at the United Nations, at the Globalization conferences, and all other summits of renown. They will be accorded respect as if they were the United States or the former Soviet Union. Until that time they will be snubbed like a wanton whore at a gathering of the social elite.

During the G-8 summit, Bush and Putin stated talks over the Start II nuclear disarmament treaty. The US has about 7,000 strategic missiles, Russia about 6,000; between the two, there are 4,400 (the equivolent to 100,000 Hiroshima bombs) on hair-trigger alert launching within 3 minutes; 10 min for the US and 25 min. for the Russian missiles to reach their targeted destinations.
Start II will bring that number down to 3,000 and 3, 500. Not enough good though, as it only takes one.
