I often see people walking around and wearing shirts or so where there's a picture of Che combinated with one of Bob Marley - they're often brought together. As I'm a sort of fan of both, I would like to know what do you think about this.

The prolonged barrage engulfed Zero-One in the glow of a thousand suns. But unlike their former masters with their delicate flesh, the machines had little to fear of the bombs' radiation and heat. Thus did Zero-One's troops advance outwards in every direction. And one after another, mankind surrendered its territories. So the leaders of men conceived of their most desperate strategy yet. A final solution: the destruction of the sky.

elisabeth, my opinion is that people that really know and/or care about Che will almost do the same regarding Bob: they both -each one through their own way- spread the very important messages of love, justice, caring, and solidarity for Humankind.
For those who innerly really care for the people, and from a specifical point of view, there may be even an intuitive perception of both of them as being very similar. And guess this is a truly positive point.
The negative point here is that -as suffianr said in other words (at least this is my interpretation of his words)- this capitalist system just exploits anything at its reach, be it Che, Marley, "working class" patterns, or whatever.
Even so, I would say not to care about it, and go on with our own ideals -for instance, and just for instance, through wearing clothes that, at least, got a meaning and an important message... The important thing is not TO WEAR THEM, but WHY we do it.
