Aleida Guevara was lecturing over here (Ireland) sometime last year. As far as I know she lectures around the world, particulary on health care as she is a nurse. As for the rest of Che's kids, I do not know where they are.
There were two “Reigns of Terror,” if we would but remember it and consider it; the one wrought murder in hot passion, the other in heartless cold blood; the one lasted mere months, the other had lasted a thousand years; the one inflicted death upon ten thousand persons, the other upon a hundred millions; but our shudders are all for the “horrors” of the minor Terror, the momentary Terror, so to speak; whereas, what is the horror of swift death by the axe, compared with lifelong death from hunger, cold, insult, cruelty, and heart-break? What is swift death by lightning compared with death by slow fire at the stake? A city cemetery could contain the coffins filled by that brief Terror which we have all been so diligently taught to shiver at and mourn over; but all France could hardly contain the coffins filled by that older and real Terror... --- Mark Twain
When she was up here in Belfast she never really health issues, except when she explained how the Yanks purposely caused the spread of Dengue fever in Cuba, which led to slaughter of tens of thousands of pigs.
“There are no boundaries in this struggle to the death. We cannot be indifferent to what happens anywhere in the world, for a victory by any country over imperialism is our victory; just as any country's defeat is a defeat for all of us.” – Che Guevara
“We still believe that the struggle of Ireland for freedom is a part of the world-wide upward movement of the toilers of the earth, and we still believe that the emancipation of the working class carries within it the end of all tyranny – national, political and social.” – James Connolly
When she visited Ireland, it was more to do with the Irish-Cuban Solidarity group than talking about healthcare.

Paco Ignacio Taibo II, in his recent biography about Che, says that Celia, his fourth daughter (born in 1963), up to now is not able to read his "Diary of Bolivia"; she has started it a lot of times, but she always has to put it aside. Indeed, she knows her father because of what people tell her about him.
Celia is the third child Che had with Aleida March ( the other three are Aleidita, Camilo and Ernesto). Although, the older one is Hildita, which he had with Hilda Galea.

Aleida Guevara is now a doctor. Hildita died of cancer a few years ago I think but I'm not sure on that one. Che's two sons had KBG training and I think they are lawyers or bankers or something.

I'd have to agree with twisted soul, besides look how quick he ditched her when something better came along.

Che's son is in a punk band?!? that's awesome! I'd love to hear some of their music. As far as Hildita vs. Aleida is concerned, Che obviously cared for Aleida much more, seeing as he had way more kids with her and stayed with her for much longer.

Celia Guevara March (his youngest) is in charge of the Dolphins at Cuba's largest aquarium. I think in Havana...
Oh--- and about Hilda, Che's first wife--- he said about her, "You don't have to be beautiful to be good in bed."
On a nicer note, let's give Hilda some credit, shall we? She helped him at a key time in Guatemala--- when he really decided he was going to fight imperialism for the long haul.

Aleidita (w/Aleida March) born in Cuba, in 1960, she is a pediatrician and liove sin Cuba.
Camilo (w/Aleida March) born in Cuba in 1962, still lives in Cuba
Celia, (w/Aledia March) born in Cuba in 1963, she still lives in Cuba and yes, she works with dolphins, etc.
Omar Perez (w/Lidia Rosa Lopez) born in Cuba in 194, the only child Che didn't recognize but who mantained a very close relationship with his stepsister Hildita.
Ernesto (w/Aleida March) born in Cuba in 1965, right before Che left for Congo. Still lives in Cuba.
Woe--- I didn't know about Omar. Was his mom the same Lidia that was a messenger for Che in the Sierra Maestra? Why didn't he recognize him? Did Jon Lee Anderson even mention him in the book?
Thanks for the info Larissa---muy interesante...

mmm...I'm not sure if its the same but I think she's not the same. He had an affair with this woman circa 1959-1964 and maybe she was married because his son doesn't bear her last name either. Like Fidel's daughter, Alina Fernández, whose mother was Natalia Revuelta, married to a physician called Fernández.
