    Hello Comrades,
Just curious to see what you guys know about Inti Peredo and the ELN after Che. Do you know any good books i can read about it. I've read that Inti managed to escape from the cordon the Bolivian Army had made around the guerrillas, on the day of Che's capture. He broke out and re-organized the ELN but he died after being tortured by the Bolivian police for several hours. I have only read bits and peices about it. If you have any information or books i should look up let me know eh?

I've heard there is ELN in Columbia now. As far as I know, they perform some acyions with FARK ( Revolutionary armed forces of Columbia)

The ELN is the second biggest guerrilla army in Columbia, after FARC. Though the two have cooperated before, they are both very separate and individual groups. An example would be when FARC were in peace talks with Pastrana's government, but the ELN refused to have anything to do with them. I think they were right to take that stand, considering how the shit's really hit the fan recently.

I think Inti was murdered trying to regroup the ELN of bolivia. After that the ELN managed to embark on another foco campaign yet were soundly defeated. The ELN the previous two posts talk about are the ELN of colombia not Bolivia, not to be confused. They are not the same org.

Inti and Coco's brother rain for vice president on the Evo Morales presidential ticket in Bolivia recently. I dont think they won.
