antieverything:
I have read Mein Kampf, and Hitler was sympathetic to working-class germans. He saw jews as a "bourgeoisie" oppressing the german people.
Of course this is different from universalist socialism, where the target for revolution is the bourgeoisie of all races.
Hitler was what i would describe as a "state socialist" (basically the same as a state-capitalist), however he was also a racialist.
I have only one thing to say; It's a nice quote from our 'socialist' friend Hitler. (Who sure had a hell of a time persecuting real communists and socialists.)
"We stand for the maintenance of private property... We shall protect free enterprise as the most expedient, or rather the sole possible economic order." - Adolph Hitler
He allied himself with a man who said this.
"Fascism should rightly be called corporatism as it is a merger of state and corporate power." - Mussolini
Not to mention, that he had support from various corporations such as Ford, IBM, and Adidas. Ford was also very anti-semetic; IBM supplied hitler with punchcards that were used to 'monitor' Jews; Adidas furnished their boots. All of these corporations made a lot of money selling things to the Reich until the United States engaged in war with it.
Personally; I never argue that Hitler is a capitalist, as I don't believe he really cares about capitalism, or socialism for that matter. I only resort to arguing him as a capitalist with people argue him as a socialist/communist.
