Say NO! to #TipTheft on 12/18 w/ ROC Chicago!
The National Restaurant Association (NRA) and the Trump administration have pushed the Department of Labor to make a rule change that would let restaurant employers keep workers tips.

Restaurant Workers, our friends and allies will be out on Monday, December 18th at 12pm at the Department of Labor, 230 S. Dearborn St., to say NO to this rule change.
The day after our 1st public action on Dec. 11th , along with a dozen others across the nation, we were able to get the DOL to add 30 additional days to the public comment period.
As long as we continue to put pressure on the DOL, the NRA, and the Trump Administration we will be able to stop this rule change from going into effect. Please join us on Monday the 18th to put a stop to this.
