A message from the Illinois Single Payer Coalition:
"Please join us for the 2017 Illinois Everybody INstitute scheduled on April 1, at the NNU office:
850 W. Jackson Blvd. Suite #750 Chicago, IL 60607. The NNU office is wheelchair accessible.
Parking is available in two nearby lots for $8 to $10; some free parking is available on surrounding streets. More information, along with information on public transportation and restaurants where you can buy your lunch, is available here.

We are looking for committed activists who will consider in detail two questions that are important to the immediate future of ISPC:
- How can we increase our outreach?
- How can we increase the involvement of our current members?
We want to formulate a concrete plan for answering these two questions, and we ask that following the conference you be prepared to play a role in carrying out that plan. This might mean taking on new responsibilities; or continuing the work you are doing now but with a clearer understanding of how it fits into the broader picture of ISPC activism.
We will be offering 4 workshop divided in two blocks of 2 worskhops each. Everyone will be able to participate in 2 workshops.
- Making a Case for Single-Payer
- Online Organizing
- Talking to unions about single-payer
- People’s Health Care Stories- How the stories inspire those who tell them and others to get involved and take leadership

Hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Check-in starts at 9:30 am.
Cost: $20, all or part of which will be waived on request for financial hardship.
You can pay with check or cash on the day of the meeting, or send a check, made out to ISPC, to ISPC, c/o PNHP, 29 E. Madison, Suite 1412, Chicago IL 60602.
Food: please bring your own lunch or buy it at a nearby food vndors before the meeting. We will provide coffee and tap water.
