Get him to actually try and read Mussolini, Mein Kampf and other works of Fascism. After 5 minutes of trying to read that it should turn him off it. I have seen people like you describe before actually and they tend to be the sheltered type who have not yet actually been out in the world yet hence why they fall for this utter nonsense. They don't realize how utterly disconnected fascist "ideology" (if one could call it that) is from the real world.
There might be hope for your friend maybe he just needs to get out more. If that doesn't work i won't advocate physical violence but i won't discourage it either ;)

Ok now I have another friend that is a fascist, what luck! My ex-fascist friend that this thread was started about well his friend and now my friend is a fascist. He is a black arab muslim, he was once an ISIS supporter he said it was funny how they killed jews but when they killed the japanese reporters he stopped supporting them (hes a weeaboo). What do I do? He is also a /pol/ idiot hitler memer.

The fact that you go on 4chan and many of your friends seem to be /pol/ is starting to show me just how serious we should take you.
What sort of crowd are you hanging around with anyway? And why is it so difficult to know what to do? Just drop him as a friend. I think a lot of people will be suspicious of the sincerity of your convictions if you're friends with fascist filth. It demonstrates a lack of hatred on your part. This tolerance isn't something to be valued. Just drop him as a friend. Fascists should be beaten, not befriended.
Diligent fasting has helped me clear my mind of evil thoughts and mentalities. Suggest to your friend that he try it, perhaps it could help rid his mind of undesirable thoughts.
