Not much anti-fa news coming out of the US so i thought i would relay this. There is a call out by the new Bay Area Anarchist Black Cross to support this comrade.

i was at his arraignment on wednesday. they threw the books at him, luckily though 2 others had their charges reduced. one had their felony charges dropped to 5 misdemeanors and the other was let out on OR.
as for Desouza, the primary felony charge is that he assaulted a cop with a bottle. theres bound to be plenty of photos and videos of the demo, so i encourage everyone to go through it to identify that desouza did not attack a cop. that will reduce his bail hella.
also thats not an "anti-antifa" logo, its Antifa Anzia/a.
there is a continuance trial or whatever today at 1:30 PM at the courthouse/'justice' center on I street between 6th and 7th. Its in Department 62.
also, just to mention, the cops were dicks. massive dicks. my comrade got a cattle prod swung at his head (missed him fortunately), and a friend of mine and a fucking cop bike swung at him. that hit him but from wht i hear it was not a serious injury.

cops being dicks.. here's the surprise ;) On a serious note though, hope he will be out soon. Not sure how things work in US, but here in UK prosecution in Welling Conspiracy trial used every trick possible against our comrades, so I would avoid putting "nazi slayer" on the leaflet as even such a bullshit detail can be helpful for them ("see, he is called nazi slayer, he is a violent criminal).
Anyone who stands up to nazi scum, and tells the fuckers were to get off, is worthy of the utmost support in my opinion.
