Thanks. After 3.5 years I worked out how.

Oh on the council communist vs left communist thing, I think it is important to understand that while the members of german/dutch communist left developed into council communists this development was finished until later into the 30s. The german/dutch communist left should be seen as proto-council communists rather than council communists. The death of the KAPD could be seen as the dividing line, though I would need to do more research.

The thing Paul Mattick wrote about Otto Rühle didn't specify which vote it was, but still I guess it should be specified that he is the only member to have voted against the war credit in every vote.
