Hi, thanks, I do my best. Cliff gets a bad mauling on rev left and i always feel duty bound to defend him, even though I'm no longer in the SWP. A lot of the criticism is ill-informed and drawn from half-remembered secondary sources. Devrim knew him, but apart from that I think I'm the only other contributor to rev left who did. Despite his flaws, he was a dedicated and energetic revolutionary and inspirational to many who heard him speak.

Anyway, I wish you well in your engagement with Trotskyism. It is a vital thread in the maintenance of revolutionary theory and practice, but not the only one. From which 'ism' are moving from?
