So you reported me to the admins yet, or are they just slow to get round to the fiery vengeance which is without a doubt going to come driving down upon my weak and ignoble skull?

Just curious, where do you draw your Albania conclusions from?

Y'know, if you really want to report me to the admins, just go ahead and do it. No need to "warn" me in passive-aggressive negreps.

I've come to that conclusion as well. I think councils are useful forms of organization on a local and regional level, and the direct democratic form as well, but for a national level I think that more centralized authority is essential and councilism on this level is, as you put it, "utopianism".

I'd be interested to hear what your thoughts are on workers' councils, soviets, etc. and how they should be run. I know that you have disdain for people that argue for direct democracy.

Are you really trying to stop me from putting up pictures in my own profile?

Hi comrade, just thought I'd stop by to say I enjoy your posts. I'm not particularly keen on the idea of tolerance either, to tolerate an argument which you know to be reactionary is downright dishonest. I'm not sure what your view of 'democracy' is, personally I despise the idea of it being an end in itself, for me it is a means to an end. I like Lenin's views on the idealistic notion of freedom, 'Freedom, for whom, to do what?'

Btw do you like Bordiga or Zizek. Personally I love Zizek's view on tolerance and violence, and his arguments against cheap moralisations of the capitalist crises. His recent comments on OWS were interesting too, he has a good point in telling the protestors not to fall in love with themselves, seeing slogans like 'Were just here for a goo time's and 'the revolution is love" made me despair.

Since Mariel jumped in,i think it's over.Anyhow,Hoxha is right and i don't think Ismail was 'checking' for Hoxha's words regarding the question.
