See their views on homosexuality, being gay means to them upholding a "perverse moral standard" against "the American values", etc. That article tries to tell us that gay men are the "fault" of dominant mothers. For them a "a dominant, powerful woman" is something negative because for them she is automatically "uncomfortable with masculinity — emasculating even" = strong women automatically hate men and try to make them effeminate weaklings and gays. That's what they say openly, but you can also read between the lines what they suggest to do against this: Go back to "traditional family values", i.e. the man being the dominant boss and showing the woman her place as submissive servant for this way the latter will have no chance to turn her boys into gays and the father will be the appropriate role model to turn his son into a "real man".
