He is indeed, I concur. Their politics has always thrown me off a bit, but I just can't not-like Joy Division. They're too wonderful.

Aye, but I can't do much about Ian's politics, and I don't know about Ian, but I know that Hookie and what not had a much more alarming interest in it.
Nevertheless, Joy Division and New Order are two amazing bands. I like them for their music, not for their politics.
