Bubbles are created by speculation, student loans are a type of speculation, I personally think student loans are gonna be a bubble, simply because a college education does'nt guarantee a good job and a lot of students will probably be defaulting. The problem will be compounded if banks futher speculate on the loans and sell them off, which chances are they will.

State loans are a different issue, because the government is'nt required to get a profit, and speculate a lot less.

Green Energy I doubt will really be a bubble. Bubbles are not ONLY created by artificial value, if the state invests in something that does'nt profit, or does'nt even work well, thats not a bubble, its just money gone, it becomes a bubble when that artificial value is speculated on and thus almost required to go up to make a profit.
