Clearly this is a case of moderator incompetence. The moderator should never have assumed that a "should" statement is a "must" command. The moderator should never have assumed that [as a substitute for] couild not be implied from the context. Two easily avoided mistakes. The moderator simply wished to find an excuse to ban. As in my case where The Anarchist Tension PMd me to "go away" a few days before an excuse was found to ban me.

Such nonsense is to be expected on a rad-lib discussion board.
