Besides ROL and PLP aren't ICMLPO, ROL is in a different ICMLPO(that has multiple parties in each nation) and PLP is affiliated with neither.

Not too much is seperate from us in the ICMLPO and in fact have contact with some of their members in Turkey and I myself have contacts in Mexico and Chile.
